SA1-10635 detects canine immunoglobulin and shows no cross-reactivity with bovine, equine, feline, rabbit, ovine, donkey, porcine, guinea pig, goat, or human immunoglobulin proteins.
It has been successfully used in ELISA applications.
The immunogen used is purified canine immunoglobulin.

Target Information

Anti-Canine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for canine (dog) immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of their specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling use with multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
They provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Most commonly, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
