Description:
30-F11 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD45의 모든 아이소폼(Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA)에 반응합니다. CD45는 성숙 적혈구와 혈소판을 제외한 모든 조혈세포에서 발현되며, 세포질 내 티로신 인산화효소 활성을 통해 림프구 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Applications Reported:
Flow Cytometric Analysis에 사용 보고됨.

Applications Tested:
마우스 골수세포를 이용한 유세포분석에서 시험됨. 시험당 ≤0.5 µg 사용 권장 (최종 부피 100 µL 기준). 세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험 조건에 따라 조정 필요. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 적정(titration) 권장.

CD45는 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈계 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달의 주요 조절자로, Src-family kinase 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 사이토카인 수용체 신호 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 세포 생존, 인테그린 매개 신호전달, 아폽토시스 과정의 DNA 절편화 조절 등 다양한 면역학적 기능에 영향을 미칩니다.
