Target Information
RUVBL1 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 진핵 생물의 diacylglycerol kinase 계열에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 내 신호 전달 과정에서 diacylglycerol 수준을 조절하여 protein kinase C 활성을 억제할 수 있습니다. 이 유전자에서는 대체 스플라이싱이 발생하며, 서로 다른 네 가지 전사체 변형체가 확인되었습니다.
