Target Information
STAG2는 cohesin 복합체의 구성 요소로, DNA 복제 후 자매 염색체의 결합에 필수적입니다. Cohesin 복합체는 자매 염색체를 포획할 수 있는 큰 단백질성 링을 형성합니다. 분열기(anaphase)에서 복합체가 절단되어 염색질로부터 분리되며, 자매 염색체가 분리됩니다. 또한 STAG2는 유사분열 동안 방추체 극 형성에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
