Target Information
C5AR2는 anaphylatoxin receptor 계열의 orphan 수용체로, 7개의 막관통 G단백질 결합 수용체 구조를 가지며 N-말단 N-당화 부위, 여러 보존된 시스테인, 그리고 C-말단 인산화 부위를 포함합니다.
C5a 및 C5a-des-Arg에 결합하여 C5aR 매개 염증 반응을 음성 조절하는 scavenger receptor로 작용합니다.
Northern blot 분석 결과, C5aR과 함께 다양한 조직(호중구/대식세포, 비만세포, 수지상세포, 뇌, 폐, 심장, 신장, 간, 난소, 고환 등)에서 공동 발현됨이 확인되었습니다.
