For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The ITFG2 protein is a component of the KICSTOR complex, which functions in the amino acid-sensing branch of the TORC1 signaling pathway.
It recruits the GATOR1 complex to lysosomal membranes, enabling interaction with GATOR2 and RAG GTPases.
ITFG2 acts upstream of RAG GTPases and negatively regulates mTORC1 signaling in the absence of amino acids.
Loss of the KICSTOR complex results in constitutive localization and activation of mTORC1 at the lysosome.
The complex is also implicated in glucose-dependent regulation of mTORC1.
