Target Information
ArfGAP1은 406개의 아미노산으로 구성된 조절 단백질로, ADP 리보실화 인자(ARF)의 GTPase 활성화를 촉진하는 Arf-GAP 도메인을 포함합니다. ARF1의 GTP 가수분해를 촉진하여 골지 유래 막과 소낭에서 코트 단백질의 해리를 유도하며, 이는 막 수송 및 소낭 융합 과정에 필수적입니다. 이 단백질의 활성은 포스포이노시드에 의해 자극되고 포스파티딜콜린에 의해 억제됩니다. 두 가지 이형 단백질을 암호화하는 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, 대부분의 조직에서 발현됩니다.
