Target Information
SRPK2는 SRPK1과 함께 HBV 핵심 단백질의 인산화를 매개하는 세포 단백질 키나아제로 추정됩니다. 이는 HBV 감염 시 치료적 개입을 위한 중요한 숙주 세포 타깃으로 작용합니다.
SRPK2는 SRSF2의 인산화를 통해 p53/TP53의 인산화를 억제하고 cyclin-D1(CCND1) 발현을 증가시켜 신경세포의 세포사멸을 유도합니다. 또한 ACIN1을 인산화하여 핵 스펙클에서 핵질로 재분배시키며, cyclin A1의 발현을 증가시킵니다.
SRPK2는 spliceosomal B complex 형성에 필수적인 역할을 하며, HBV 복제 조절에 부정적 영향을 미칩니다. 이는 핵심 단백질의 인산화와는 무관하게 pregenomic RNA(pgRNA)의 패키징 효율을 감소시키는 방식으로 작용합니다.
