Target Information
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDPK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans.
NDK exists as a hexamer composed of isoforms A (NME1) and B (NME2). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encode the same isoform. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) that encode a protein sharing sequence identity with both gene products.
