Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The RNF39 gene is located within the major histocompatibility complex class I region on chromosome 6. Studies in rat suggest it encodes a protein involved in early synaptic plasticity. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
