Target Information

이 수용체는 T-cell factor 신호 전달을 활성화하고, PGE2에 의해 유도되는 early growth response 1의 발현을 매개하며, cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA의 수준과 안정성을 조절하고 glycogen synthase kinase-3의 인산화를 유도합니다.
Knockout mouse 연구에서 이 수용체는 신생아 순환계 적응, 골다공증, 피부 면역 반응 개시에 관여함이 시사되었습니다.
