• Ships as lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.

• For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Muscarinic cholinergic receptors are part of the G protein-coupled receptor family. They mediate diverse cellular responses to acetylcholine, including adenylate cyclase inhibition, phosphoinositide turnover, and potassium channel regulation. These receptors influence acetylcholine effects in both central and peripheral nervous systems. While clinical implications remain unclear, stimulation of this receptor is known to increase cyclic AMP levels.
