Target Information
Chordin은 배아 발생 초기에 TGF-beta 계열의 bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)에 결합하여 복측화 신호를 억제함으로써 배측화를 유도하는 분비 단백질입니다. 또한 기관 형성과 성체 단계에서도 기능할 수 있습니다. 여러 전사체 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 일부는 완전한 서열이 규명되지 않았습니다.
