이 항체는 Mouse IgG의 Fc 영역(IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b)에 반응하며 IgG3에는 매우 약하게 반응합니다. IgM, IgA, IgE, human IgG, rat IgG, rabbit IgG에는 교차 반응이 없습니다.
재조합 항체는 원하는 항체를 암호화하는 특정 유전자를 클로닝하여 in vitro에서 발현시켜 생산됩니다.
