이 항체는 Mouse IgG의 Fc 영역(IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b)에 반응하며 IgG3에는 매우 약하게 반응합니다. IgM, IgA, IgE, human IgG, rat IgG, rabbit IgG에는 교차 반응이 없습니다.
