Tachykinin Receptor 1 (TACR1)는 Tachykinin Receptor 하위 패밀리에 속하며, 신경펩타이드 substance P(Neurokinin 1)에 의해 인지질이노시톨 대사를 매개합니다. 이 수용체는 우울, 불안, 스트레스 조절에 관여하며, 행동 반응, 신경세포 생존, 심혈관 및 호흡 기능 조절에도 관련되어 있습니다. 또한 류머티즘성 관절염과 골관절염의 진행과 관련이 있으며, 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 두 가지 변이체가 생성됩니다. 주로 뇌, 혈액 림프구, 비강, 소장, 위 등에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
