Target Information
ETS1 (c-Ets-1; v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1 (avian); ETS-1; EWSR2; p54)은 DNA 결합 ETS 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 441 아미노산 길이의 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 N-말단의 pointed domain, 중앙의 transactivation domain, 그리고 C-말단의 ETS domain을 포함합니다.
ETS1은 PEBP2alphaA, p300/CBP 등과 상호작용하며 Osteopontin, Presenilin-1, Stromelysin, Collagenase의 전사를 매개합니다.
Ras/MAPK 신호에 의해 활성화되며, 휴지기 T-세포에서 발현이 증가합니다.
그 활성은 AP-1, Sp-1, c-myb, MafB 등 다양한 인자에 의해 조절되며, Sp100은 핵 내에서 ETS1을 활성화합니다.
ETS1은 EAP1/Daxx와 상호작용하여 MMP1 및 BCL2 전사활성을 억제하며, STAT6과 결합하여 IL-4 유도 Socs-1 발현을 조절합니다.
또한 GATA3와 상호작용하여 Tax-1 의존적 IL-5 발현을 양성 조절합니다.
