Target Information
ATP11B is a widely expressed integral membrane ATPase thought to drive phospholipid transport across membranes. It may be hormonally regulated and involved in subnuclear trafficking of transcription factors with RING motifs. Although the exact transported molecule is unknown, increased ATP11A expression in anti-cancer drug–resistant cells suggests ATP11B may contribute to cell survival under stress conditions.
