For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

PAX5 is a member of the paired box (PAX) family of transcription factors. These proteins regulate early development, and altered expression can contribute to neoplastic transformation.
PAX5, also known as B-cell lineage specific activator protein (BSAP), is expressed at early but not late stages of B-cell differentiation. Expression is also found in developing CNS and testis, suggesting roles in neural development and spermatogenesis.
Mutations in PAX5 are associated with leukemia and acute lymphoblastic conditions.
