Target Information
CD229 (Ly9)은 CD150 패밀리에 속하는 세포 표면 수용체로, CD48 및 CD224 등과 함께 사이토카인 생성 및 림프구와 NK 세포의 세포독성 조절에 관여합니다.
CD229는 T세포와 B세포에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 성숙 과정 동안 발현이 증가합니다. 과립구, 골수 유래 수지상세포, 혈소판, 적혈구에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
또한, 마우스 단핵구 및 NK 세포에서도 보고되었습니다. CD229는 N-말단 도메인을 통해 동종 결합하며, 항원 의존적 면역 시냅스 형성 동안 T세포와 항원제시 B세포의 접촉 부위에 국소화됩니다.
