Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Syntrophin is an adapter protein that anchors signaling molecules to the dystrophin-associated protein complex, connecting the extracellular matrix to the intracellular cytoskeleton.
Microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (MAST205) is a testis-specific cytoplasmic protein involved in spermatid maturation and links the dystrophin/utrophin network with microtubule filaments via Syntrophin.
MAST205 forms a complex with TRAF6 to regulate lipopolysaccharide-induced IL-12 synthesis in macrophages, leading to inhibition of TRAF6 NF-κB activation.
Two isoforms exist due to alternative splicing: Isoform 1 (full-length) and Isoform 2 (lacking residues 327–396 and 1091–1113). The N-terminus phosphorylation is required for ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome-mediated degradation of MAST205.
