For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
TLE1 is a transcriptional corepressor that interacts with various transcription factors.
It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members involved in Wnt signaling.
Full-length TLE family members’ functions may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
Also acts as a coactivator for ESRRG.
