For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an orphan nuclear receptor belonging to the nuclear hormone receptor family. Its expression pattern suggests a role in neurogenesis and germ cell development. The protein can homodimerize and bind DNA, although in vivo targets have not been identified. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants are expressed.
