For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

THAP6 (THAP domain-containing protein 6) is a 222-amino acid protein containing one THAP-type zinc finger and exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms.
The THAP6 gene spans approximately 36,528 bases and maps to human chromosome 4q21.1. Chromosome 4 represents about 6% of the human genome and contains nearly 900 genes.
Notably, genes such as Huntingtin (associated with Huntington’s disease), FGFR-3 (linked to thanatophoric dwarfism, achondroplasia, Muenke syndrome, and bladder cancer), and others related to Ellis-van Creveld syndrome, methylmalonic acidemia, and polycystic kidney disease are also located on chromosome 4.
