Target Information
C/EBP (CCAAT/enhancer binding protein) 계열 전사인자는 바이러스 및 세포의 CCAAT/enhancer 요소 매개 전사를 조절합니다.
C/EBP 단백질은 bZIP 영역을 포함하며, 이는 DNA 결합에 관여하는 기본 영역과 이합체 형성에 관여하는 leucine zipper 모티프를 포함합니다.
C/EBP 계열에는 C/EBP alpha, beta, gamma, delta 단백질이 있으며, 이들은 서로 간에 homo- 또는 heterodimer를 형성할 수 있습니다.
