Target Information
ABL2(Arg)는 세포 표면 수용체를 세포 증식 및 세포골격 재조직화와 연결하는 Abl 관련 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 Abelson family에 속하며, ABL1 단백질과 유사한 티로신 키나아제, SH2, SH3 도메인을 포함합니다.
ABL2는 C-말단의 F-actin 및 미세소관 결합 서열을 통해 세포골격 재배열에 관여하며, 정상 및 종양 세포 모두에서 발현됩니다.
또한 백혈병에서 ETV6 유전자와의 전위(translocation)에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
이 유전자는 다양한 단백질 아이소폼을 암호화하는 여러 대체 스플라이싱 전사체를 생성합니다.
