Human IgG4 (human immunoglobulin G4)는 항원에 대한 면역 반응으로 면역계에서 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형입니다. 혈중에서 가장 적은 비율을 차지하며 병원체 방어에서 비교적 작은 역할을 합니다. IgG4는 특정 항원에 결합하여 식세포 작용(phagocytosis)과 보체 활성화(complement activation)를 통해 항원을 제거하는 기능을 합니다. 또한 면역 관용(immune tolerance) 및 염증 억제(suppression of inflammation)와 같은 다른 면역 반응에도 관여합니다.
