Human IgG4 (human immunoglobulin G4)는 항원에 대한 면역 반응 시 생성되는 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass) 중 하나입니다. 혈중 농도가 가장 낮은 IgG 아형으로 병원체 방어에서 상대적으로 작은 역할을 하며, 항원 결합을 통해 식세포 작용 및 보체 활성화를 유도하여 체내에서 항원을 제거합니다. 또한 면역 관용 및 염증 억제 과정에도 관여합니다. Human IgG4는 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 테스트 개발, 자가면역 질환 치료제 연구 등에 활용될 수 있습니다.
