Target Information
LRRC25는 DDX58/RIG-I를 자가포식 분해를 통해 제거하여 RLR 매개 type I interferon 신호경로를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 ISG15이 결합된 DDX58과 상호작용하여 DDX58과 자가포식 수용체 p62/SQSTM1 간의 결합을 촉진함으로써 선택적 자가포식을 매개합니다 (PubMed:29288164).
NF-kappa-B 신호경로와 염증 반응을 억제하기 위해 p65/RELA의 분해를 촉진하는 역할도 합니다.
