For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Component of a Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1-like complex, which maintains the transcriptionally repressive state of many genes, including Hox genes, throughout development.
The PcG PRC1 complex acts via chromatin remodeling and histone modification; it mediates monoubiquitination of histone H2A at Lys-119, leading to heritable changes in chromatin expressibility.
