Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SERPINB4, also known as squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin, directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity. Overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombinant granzyme-induced and NK cell-mediated cell death.
