Target Information
NARFL is a component of the cytosolic iron-sulfur protein assembly (CIA) complex, which mediates the incorporation of iron-sulfur clusters into extramitochondrial Fe/S proteins. It appears to negatively regulate HIF1A expression, possibly through an indirect mechanism.
