Product Specific Information

RA3-6B2 단클론 항체는 mouse CD45의 exon A-restricted isoform을 인식하며, CD45R/B220 epitope은 Pro-B부터 성숙 B세포까지의 B세포 계통에서 주로 발현됩니다. 일부 활성화된 T세포, NK cell progenitor, LAK 세포 등에서도 발현될 수 있습니다.

본 제품은 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial로 구성되어 있습니다.
Flow cytometric 분석에 적합하며, 실험 시 1 test당 ≤1.0 µg 사용을 권장합니다. 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 조정 가능합니다.

NovaFluor Yellow 570은 SJL 마우스에서 비특이적 염색이 관찰될 수 있으나, BALB/c 또는 C57BL/6에서는 관찰되지 않았습니다. 다른 strain은 테스트되지 않았습니다.

NovaFluor 염료는 DNA intercalating viability dye(PI, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않습니다.
Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stains 사용을 권장합니다.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01)는 NovaFluor conjugate 염색 최적화를 위해 필수적입니다.

• 샘플당 5 µL를 항체 칵테일에 추가 후 사용
• 단일 컬러 컨트롤의 경우 100 µL 세포 샘플당 5 µL 사용

CD45는 T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호 전달의 필수 조절자로 작용하며, 다양한 isoform이 존재합니다.
이 단백질은 림프구 발달, 항원 신호전달, 세포 생존 및 apoptosis 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CD45 관련 이상은 면역결핍증 및 간염 C 등과 연관됩니다.
