Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Chloride channels are a diverse group of proteins regulating key cellular processes such as membrane potential stabilization, transepithelial transport, intracellular pH maintenance, and cell volume regulation.
Chloride intracellular channel 1 (CLIC1) is a member of the p64 family, localizing mainly to the cell nucleus and exhibiting both nuclear and plasma membrane chloride ion channel activity.
