Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 × g, 5 min).

Chloride channels are a diverse group of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume.
Chloride intracellular channel 4 (CLIC4) protein, encoded by the CLIC4 gene, is a member of the p64 family.
The gene is expressed in many tissues and exhibits an intracellular vesicular pattern in Panc-1 cells (pancreatic cancer cells).
