Target Information
DAPK2는 세포 사멸(apoptosis)의 양성 조절자로 작용하는 칼슘/칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 serine/threonine protein kinase family에 속하며, N-말단에 protein kinase domain을 포함하고, DAPK1과 유사한 calmodulin-binding domain을 가집니다. 과발현 시 세포 사멸을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 다중 polyadenylation site를 사용합니다.
