This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
PPIL2 is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases. Cyclophilins are highly conserved proteins involved in:
- Protein folding
- Immunosuppression by cyclosporin A
- HIV-1 virion infection
PPIL2 interacts with the proteinase inhibitor eglin c and is localized in the nucleus. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
