The Violet Ratiometric Membrane Asymmetry Probe/Dead Cell Apoptosis Kit provides a simple and fast method for the detection of apoptosis with dead cell discrimination by flow cytometry.
The Violet Ratiometric Membrane Asymmetry Probe, F2N12S (4'-N,N-diethylamino-6-(N,N,N-dodecyl-methylamino-sulfopropyl)-methyl-3-hydroxyflavone), is a novel violet-excitable dye for detecting membrane asymmetry changes during apoptosis.

- Excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) 반응을 통해 530 nm 및 585 nm 두 개의 방출 밴드를 생성
- 표면 전하 변화에 따른 두 색상 비율(ratiometric) 반응 제공
