- Recommended positive controls: 293T, human plasma
- IHC notes: Requires antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)

Target Information
The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, are involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
