Target Information
Anti-Donkey secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for equine (Donkey) immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the target. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Most secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
