Target Information
TCF7 (Transcriptional Factor 7)는 T세포 림프구 분화에 관여하는 전사 활성 단백질입니다. CD4+ 및 CD8+ 미성숙 흉선세포의 생존에 필수적이며, N-말단 CTNNB1 결합 도메인이 결여된 TCF7 아이소폼은 이 기능을 수행할 수 없습니다. TCF7은 CD3E 유전자의 프로모터에 존재하는 T-림프구 특이적 enhancer 요소(5'-WWCAAAG-3')에 결합합니다. 또한 CTNNB1과 TCF7L2 표적 유전자의 피드백 전사 억제자로 작용할 수 있습니다. TLE1, TLE2, TLE3, TLE4는 TCF7 및 CTNNB1에 의한 전사활성을 억제합니다.
