Target Information
DEF-3와 LUCA15는 진화적으로 보존된 RNA 결합 단백질 패밀리에 속하며 유사한 발현 패턴을 보입니다. 두 단백질은 성체 심장과 흉선, 태아 신장에서 높게 발현되며, 태아 흉선과 성체 신장에서는 낮게 발현됩니다. 마우스 조혈계에서 DEF-3의 발현은 전구세포가 과립구로 분화할 때 감소하지만, 대식세포 발달 동안에는 유지됩니다. 두 단백질 모두 아연 핑거 모티프, 이중 핵 신호, 두 개의 RNA 결합 모티프를 포함하며 poly(G) RNA에 특이적으로 결합할 수 있습니다.
