- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.
Target Information
CD200R (OX2R) is a receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein. Both receptor and substrate are cell surface glycoproteins containing two immunoglobulin-like domains.
CD200R is primarily expressed on myeloid lineage cells and may act as a downregulatory signal. In mouse, it is mainly found on peripheral blood monocytes, neutrophils, T-lymphocytes, and mast cells.
Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants. CD200R dysfunction is associated with primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
