Target Information
Zika virus (ZIKV)는 Flaviviridae 계열에 속하며, 단일 양성 RNA 게놈을 가지고 있습니다. 이는 하나의 polyprotein으로 번역된 후 세 가지 구조 단백질(C, PrM 또는 M, E)과 일곱 가지 비구조 단백질(NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5)로 절단됩니다.
Glycosylated NS1은 세포 내에서 homodimer를 형성하며 바이러스 복제에 필수적입니다. 감염 후기에 NS1은 hexameric lipoprotein 형태로 세포 외부로 분비되어 면역 회피 및 병원성에 관여합니다.
