Target Information
PAK4 is highly expressed in prostate, testis, and colon. It interacts with GTP-bound CDC42 and weakly with RAC, and activates the JNK pathway.
PAK5 contains a CDC42/Rac1 interactive binding (CRIB) motif and binds preferentially to CDC42 in the presence of GTP.
PAK6 cotranslocates into the nucleus with androgen receptor in response to androgen, playing a role in male sexual differentiation and stress-related signaling pathways.
