Product Specific Information
Each lot’s sensitivity is validated by ELISA, and specificity is confirmed by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP).
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and allow to stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as a liquid.
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin guinea pig serum proteins.

Anti-Guinea Pig secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and exhibit high specificity for guinea pig immunoglobulins.
They are suitable for detection, sorting, or purification applications and support multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence.
Secondary antibodies enhance sensitivity through signal amplification and are typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species.
