Target Information
CD68 (Macrosialin)은 110 kDa의 막관통 당단백질로, 주로 단핵구와 대식세포의 리소좀 내에서 발현되며, 덜한 수준으로 수지상세포와 말초 혈액 과립구에서도 관찰됩니다.
CD68은 조직 대식세포의 식작용, 세포 간 상호작용 및 병원체 인식 과정에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 편도 내 수지상세포, 일부 조직구성 림프종, 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML), 그리고 과립세포종에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
CD68의 높은 발현은 다양한 인간 악성종양에서 CD34+ 세포에서 관찰되며, 여러 AML 연구에서도 확인되었습니다.
