Target Information
HLA-G는 HLA class I heavy chain paralogue에 속하는 단백질로, heavy chain과 beta-2 microglobulin으로 구성된 이합체(heterodimer)입니다. Heavy chain은 막에 고정되어 있으며, 약 45 kDa의 분자량을 갖습니다.
HLA-G 유전자는 8개의 exon으로 구성되어 있으며, exon 1은 leader peptide를, exon 2와 3은 peptide 결합 부위인 alpha1 및 alpha2 domain을, exon 4는 alpha3 domain을, exon 5는 transmembrane 영역을, exon 6은 cytoplasmic tail을 암호화합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(HPLC)와 tandem mass spectrometry를 통해 신항원(neoantigen)의 식별 및 특성 분석을 용이하게 합니다.
