Target Information
IFIT3는 세포 및 바이러스 과정, 세포 이동, 증식, 신호전달 및 바이러스 복제를 억제하는 IFN 유도 항바이러스 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 MAVS와 TBK1 사이의 어댑터 역할을 하여 TBK1 활성화 및 IRF3 인산화를 유도함으로써 항바이러스 유전자 전사를 촉진합니다.
또한, CDKN1A/p21 및 CDKN1B/p27의 발현을 증가시켜 세포 증식 억제 활성을 나타내며, MYC 억제를 통해 CDKN1A/p21을 상향 조절합니다.
IFIT2의 세포자멸 효과를 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
