This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

This antibody has specificity for Mouse IL17BR / IL17RB / IL-17 Receptor B.
Target Information
Several cytokines belonging to the interleukin (IL)-17 family have been identified, including IL-17B, IL-17C, and IL-17E. IL-17 is a potent proinflammatory cytokine involved in diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and tumor growth promotion.
IL-17B, IL-17C, and IL-17E can induce proinflammatory responses but do not bind to the IL-17 receptor, suggesting the existence of additional IL-17R-related receptors. Receptors for IL-17B and IL-17E have been independently isolated and designated as EV127 (mouse) and IL-17Rh1 (human), respectively.
IL-17E activates the NF-κB pathway and induces IL-8 production. IL-17Rh1 mRNA is highly expressed in kidney and liver, and moderately in small intestine, colon, and brain.
