Target Information
Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP)는 인산화 단백질, ATP 및 4-nitrophenyl phosphatase에 높은 활성을 가진 철 결합 단백질입니다. 인간의 폐포 대식세포, 파골세포, 비장 및 간에서 검출되며, Gaucher병, hairy cell leukemia, Hodgkin 림프종 환자의 비장 및 백혈구, 활발한 골대사 중인 환자의 혈청에서 발현이 증가합니다.
